Mitre ISO Certification

Mitre Linen is very proud to hold four ISO Certification standards, 9001 (Quality) and 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) 14001 (Environmental Management) and 50001 (Energy) at our site in Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales. We are always looking for ways to improve our existing practices and these Standards help us as we work towards a more sustainable future.

9001 Quality

To fulfil the elements of ISO 9001, we demonstrate an ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. This in turn enhances customer satisfaction through the effective application of the standard, including a commitment to the continual improvement of the system and applicable regulations.

45001 Occupational Health and Safety

ISO 45001 is an international standard that establishes the requirements for an Occupational Health and Safety management system. It is designed to help reduce workplace risks, enhance legal compliance, and improve overall performance.

14001 Environmental Management

ISO 14001 is an internationally agreed standard that sets out the requirements for an environmental management system. It helps improve our environmental performance through more efficient use of resources and reduction of waste.

50001 Energy

By following the ISO 5001 standard we continue to improve our energy-related performance & energy efficiency and identify energy reduction opportunities wherever we can.
